The staff was very polite and served the meals quite right on time. This is very authentic Indian cooking and not a "Germanized" version.

When they say "sehr scharf", Would definitely come back. Quite pricey but worth it. The good part about Indian restaurants in countries outside India is that they offer food the way it should be cooked - with just the right amount of spices.

It may be that it's on account of spices being so expensive outside of India. They did not go overboard with spices and condiments.

The food was thoroughly enjoyable and the restaurant was able to accommodate our group of close to 20 people easily. The service was very poor for the group dinners.

One day they tried to serve boiled fish without cooking due to rush of another group. Unlike some other reviewers, the service was OK, though there were so few customers that it would have been difficult to ignore us.

The food highlights were the lentil soup that comes with the lunch menu and the naan. Everything else was disappointing. Be warned, Even at half price the meal would still have not been worth it.
